Will a coastal Alkimos floor hold up to salt and sun?
Yes, when it's finished correctly. For Alkimos we use UV-stable topcoats and marine-appropriate sealers that resist the fading and yellowing strong coastal sun causes, so the floor still looks right years down the track.
Can you coat my new Alkimos build's garage?
Almost always. New garage slabs are some of the easiest to coat once they've cured — we test for moisture, profile the surface and apply your chosen flake or coating system, usually in a day or two.
How much does a concrete floor cost in Alkimos?
